Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls within a virtual contact centre.
- Provide high-quality service that meets customer expectations.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and billing.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are accurately documented and recorded.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
