As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining accommodations and payment methods, and checking guests out of the hotel while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Four Seasons' policies. This position reports to the Front Office Manager and requires work authorization for this location.
To qualify for this position, you must possess a high school education or equivalent experience, and at least one year of previous luxury hotel experience, preferably in the front office, reservations, or concierge departments. You must have good English language abilities, including the ability to read and write, as well as the ability to regularly display core competencies such as caring and compassion, problem-solving, and teamwork.
