Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8am – 8pm (shift rotation including weekends and bank holidays).

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve customers via multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  2. Take ownership of personal workload and commit to excellent customer service to reduce repeat customer interactions and increase quality and resolution.
  3. Troubleshoot simple and complex technical issues over the phone with customers.
  4. Book new customers for service installations.
  5. Assist with billing inquiries and reconciliation.
  6. Work alongside the network partner to ensure all relevant information is available to complete customer requests.
  7. Work on projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Operations Manager.
  8. Complete general admin tasks that fall within the remit of the customer operations department.
  9. Maximise personal skills, knowledge, and experience to positively impact performance and assist in achieving business goals.
  10. Share ideas and feedback to help build a bigger, better, and stronger team.
